Rupert Murdoch (News Corporation) joins Twitter

Rupert Murdoch, 80-year-old Australian American media mogul and chairman of News Corporation has joined Twitter at @RupertMurdoch.

Within days, Murdoch garnered more than 40,000 Twitter followers and was commenting on everything his support of New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg, Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum and Oscar hopeful George Clooney, who stars in Fox film The Descendants.

Twitter founder Jack Dorsey confirmed that Murdoch had set up a verified account. Perhaps Dorsey can impart some lessons to Murdoch. As of this writing, Murdoch was following just four people: Dorsey, Zynga co-founder Mark Pincus, Lord Sugar and a fake account for Google co-founder Larry Page (@Plaid_Page).

I will give you another problem with that paper. As an example the travel section. In thirty years of European travel reviews the only thing they managed to give as advice was buy coffee/clothes away from the main squares/streets. In thirty years!!!!! Now try a female writer they had once who only talked about her fat arse every weekend for eighteen months.

(Keep in mind they also have a Twitter account, and most of their earlier videos had everyone's favourite Taiwanese newscasters advertising said account at the end of the video)

You call his paper "rubbish" because you are a leftist, and hold differing values than him, or small government conservatives. Leftists can't stand when people disagree with them, and so will most often just call names or (in this case) trash something without explaining why. It's pretty pathetic actually.
