The difference with now and 1929 is that we have more experience dealing with a capitalist system. Our economic hostory since then is teaching us that as long as the element of human emotion exists capitalism can not be sustainable.
The cure? use a chinese style economy.

The thing about capitalism is that there will still be problems. But over time, as capitalism develops there will be less problems because of technological innovations. So it's easy to buy into the whole socialism/welfare state thing until you have your eyes opened.

Our people need to get back to free and fair trade! Dont shop at wallie world, just go and shop at the mom and pop stores to help your community. Food will be a big item in the future, maybe we could barter and trade with it. This depression is going to last quite a while! So hang in there for the long haul. Stock up and sit tight! Get a few extras every chance you get, then be patient! Conserve and save and go easy on your supplies! Never give up your guns and ammo!
Buckle up,its going2BbUmPy!

Bush, his administration, and his cronies are all financial terrorists. There is NOTHING they can tell me that will ever give me "confidence" in what they say. We DO need a new system.
The federal reserve was founded on corruption to enslave the population through debt since the day it began, and their way of "running things" is exposed. As more sheeple wake up they will continue to get exposed. All of them should be in prison for their crimes against humanity.
Cut up your credit cards.
