With one of the worlds most toxic venoms, this local species of sea snake is not to be taken lightly. Thankfully they don't like 'wasting' their venom on large clumsy beings such as humans...
hi when i was sunbaking on nanga beach bout 5 years ago(down the road from denham) one of these same species seasnake was on the beach . it was also sunning itself. by the time i went back down from my camp to return to the water it had gone so i never saw it swim away or tip over itself to get back into the water .missed it. very interesting SNS
