It's not a Chrysler it's an Imperial, Imperial was a seperate division of Chrysler Corperation just like Dodge and Plymouth. They are very nice cars, much better made then a contemporary Cadilllac of the day, a very nice ride and they handle well for a car of their size. If you want to find out more check out the online Imperial club website.

I found a 72 or 73 at a small car dealer ship in my town, all they have are pre 80s cars...only about 10 or eleven cars...hopefully it will be there for another year so i can buy it.

This is so cool, if i can find an imperial for a decent price 69-73 im buying it....id like to have the 73 because they are the biggest.

My dad owned one of these when I was 14-19, so it's the car I learned to drive in. We took my brother to college in '71 in it, and my dad let me drive part of the way. At one point he asked me how fast I was going...speedo read 98 mph and we had no clue lol..these cars were one-of-a-kind.

Always wanted one. So big that it had three names. Chrysler Imperial LeBaron. Love it.

Pretty car, but it doesn't even begin to compare with the '64, '65, 'and '66 Imperials.

At a little MORE than three feet LONGER than a present day 300C - those cars were HUGE!! The 'family car' when I was a kid was 2 door '73 Imperial LeBaron. I must have washed and waxed that car once a week!! lol
