  • Great video I just started with traditional archery and this helped me alot I would appreciate it if you you watched my video and gave me some tips on my form thanks great video!

  • @whitetailbuckfreak1 I took a look at your video. I have a lot of them posted so look through each of my form videos. You can send me your email and I'll give you some feedback on your shooting.

  • know anything about howard hills, scores on the feild courses, were they nfaa? i know 196 in a row, but never any other numbers, that rig of yours, 200 fps, would be close to a hundred lb long bow of yesterday..i think thats one of the reasons he dominated the sport. im short 50lbs,maybe i need more vitimins. once again THANKS.

  • @hickorybow52 No, I don't know what his scores were but it would certainly be comparing apples to oranges.

  • hey jim, why the choice of that rig for nfaa, long arrows, 20yard point on? thru self bow eyes, 150 ft pr/sec. 30 in gap at 20. is there an ideal pnt on fo feild?

  • @hickorybow52 Indoors is a different game all together. To score the best you can you must be point on. You will never gap as consistently as you will if you can put the point on the spot and execute the shot. For field my bow is 48 yards point on. That seems to work well for me. Beyond that I aim with the intersection of the arrow and shelf.

  • @hickorybow52 I only pay attention to the tip. The split finger may or may not cause you to be further away from your face. It's more a function of alignment and anchor location. One thing that will certainly move you closer in is a tab. If you are shooting a glove it tends to push you out away from your face more. Try a tab and get that rear should back so you have straight alignment through the arrow.

  • hi jim,a technical question bout gap. are you sighting down most of the lenght of the shaft, after your at full draw? and expanding? [are you seeing the shaft in its full length,an its point] or does 3 under naturally put it in the right spot,so you just look at its tip? when i try it split finger stright up bow, arrow is off to the rt of my eye, an of course it will go left.and i understand why. HELP.......................before with bent bow,was closer to axis of eye...have mercey.

  • Good job
