Alot has to do with low self esteem, if you are confident about yourself and you know you deserve a loving relationship and you are worth it, most of all you need to believe in yourself. When you reach this place in your life, then no matter what the other person does should not affect you. The most attractive thing about any man or woman is confidence.

never been really jelous until i met my current girlfriend,she makes comments about other guys,how cute he is ,look at the body he has etc,i mostly ignored it until one day we where at check out,saw her rub this guys arm with her finger ,then saw her looking at him like he was the only thing in the shop,god i felt so sick ,that made me think ,do i trust her ,i felt am i going to get hurt here in this relationship,so what did i do,stupid i know but i went on a dating site and flirted

My boyfriend has been fairly honest about his sexual past and he feels that its ok to continue being friends with some girls from his past, while I appreciate his honesty, I wish he'd try to help me overcome the jealousy I feel whenever he gets a text/email or bumps into a girl at a store.
