phewww I'm tellin ya that's not an easy video to make xD,

So here's my Final Fantasy Compilations 2, and in addition it's also featuring "Wind Scene" or more popularly known as 600 A.D from my fave SNES RPG - Chrono Trigger.

Tracklisting:
1. FFX-2 - Wind Crest ~The Three Trails~
2. FFX-2 - Eternity ~Memory Of Lightwaves~
3. FFVIII - Fisherman's Horizon
4. Chrono Trigger - Wind Scene (600 A.D)
5. FFX - To Zanarkand - Last Movement

Ok first of all I don't have any of the music sheet as I'm playing by ear. The song
may not necessarrily played in original key to smoothen the transition between each song. I did pretty much the same thing that I did with my Kodoku no Kakera video, recorded the piano part first and added the strings, clarinet, choir etc later.

By the way please don't mind the video presentation, I know I might be one of the worst video editor out there but mind you this is my very first try with multiple video recordings, I'll do it better next time =D

Hopefully you don't find the transitions weird coz yeah I know I made up lots of stuffs and play alot with the arrangement and chords, especially with the chorus part of 600 A.D coz I don't remember the original song anymore.

What do I need to say about Wind Crest? I love it, it's a very solemn song IMO, and I added the waves and winds effect at the beginning too. Eternity ~Memory of Lightwaves~ was played in 2 different keys, not really sure why I chose to do that but I thought it sounded pretty cool. Those of you who played the PC version of Fisherman's Horizon might find my arrangement a little bit weird, yeah I used quite different chords with the original arrangement.
Originally Unforgettable Sorrow and Frontier Village Dali from FFIX were on my list, but after meddling around with the arrangement they just didn't quite fit with the compilations. Instead I'm putting in 600 A.D which I hope you'll find it interesting here with all of the strings and pizzicato around. For Zanarkand I
just played the very last movement coz I thought it's a pretty cool way to end the
compilations.

So, there you go folks. I hope you'll like this compilations as much as you like the first one plus the audio is stereo remixed in HQ this time. It took me a total of 11 hrs to do all of the recordings, arranging, mixing plus editing(video editing is a pain in the
butt btway). Please rate and leave comment, would love to know what y'all think bout it. Thanks so much!

  • wat keyboard is dat

  • @lordofrings1991 can't remember exactly, Roland EXR-7s I think.

  • 600AD sounds pretty cool in that key, but I can't tell what it is.

It looks like it's either B or E major.

  • I played it in D, don't quite remember if that's the original key.

  • How much did you pay for this keyboard? I really want something like this. Something capable of producing many different sounds.

    Are the keys weighted?

  • this keyboard I think is about $1000, I don't exactly remember now.
