TEDxUVM - Robert Egger- A Return on Investment Formula for Supporting Community 07/19/10

Robert Egger is the Founder and President of the DC Central Kitchen. For the last 25 years they have turned leftover food into meals for at risk individuals and offer a nationally recognized culinary job training program for once homeless adults. Today he will speak with us about the current generation's involvement with community service. While most students leave school to do their service hours, Robert proposes the idea of bringing service, and even social enterprise, into the schools.
