"SuShi-ro-u" provides 80 kinds of Sushi all in 105 Yen ($1.35). Customer picks a dish from conveyer circulating around the tables. Here are some terms. "Sha-ri" is vinegar mixed rice and "Neta" is topping for "Nigi ri". "Nigi ri", "No-ri Maki", and "Gun-kan" are rice and topping, roll by wide "No-ri" (dried seaweed) and small roll by strip of No-ri with topping, respectively. "Sume-shi robot" makes Shari 30 times a day more than 20,000 "Nigiri"s. "Shari-da-ma robot" makes 4,000 Nigiri (with horse radish) per hour. "No-ri Maki robot" is interesting. Putting No-ri sheet, pushing the button, Shari are evenly set on top of No-ri. Then put Neta, push the button again, robot rolls No-ri-ma-ki by itself. They also have "Gun-kan robot" and high speed dish washer. By robots they reduce the labor cost. They put IC tip under the plate. The computer dispose dishes which stay more than 40min. on the line, also predict the demand of next 1 min. and 15 min. to prevent over making and over disposal.
