@BlackAndWhiteModding Forget about supplements man. Old school way to go is just to add more fiber to your diet by eating more veggies/fruits and to eat beans,sunflowers seeds,and/or nuts which also have tons of fiber and are much cheaper to buy than shake mix.

I have done the 3000 in 30 days and its awesome...now im doing 3000 sit-ups ; )
did you like just stop the pushups you might have said so in another video taht i missed just wondering.

@walkertexasranger33 yeah do to myself the pushups stopped at around day 22. I got myself so busy I came up with excuses not to do it. But this failure only pushed me to go harder on my regular workouts and to stay more consistent!

Man thanks I can do 30 push ups now and not get as tired as I use to when I was first starting out I was doing sets of 15, and max would be 20, but now i can actually get to 25 and feel a litle pain but max i can go for is 30!

Love it, keep pushing and you will keep getting stronger! When I was 18 I used to do 75 in the morning and 75 at night before bed everyday. Want to get back to that level.

working your chest everyday is not wise. U shud know you have to give ur muscles time to recover

Pushups are not the same as if you were weight training and overloading your muscle. It's fine to do them daily. Though of course once I get to day 30 I will switch it up.
