Whenever they say don't make this show 19 and above" or "you're making this 19 and above", Are they really saying 19 or are they saying 20 which basically translates to 19 outside of Korea? Just asking because 19 is a really random number, but if it's 20, i can understand where the 19 comes from, since they add a year.

@Luna3688 i dun do that change the outside korea thingy n i translate purely on wat they say to make it easier for everyone to understand so my answer is, yes they were saying 19 and above. as for the reason, i dunnow xP junsu might hav said it randomly or if im correct, 19 is one of their common age to restrict things like those; if im not wrong that is ^^;;

@Luna3688 I think you're thinking of ratings like 18A, 14A, and PG. Koreans count the 8-10 months in the womb as an age, so when they rate something as 19+, it really means the programme is rated 18A. They have a very different idea of what counts as 18+, and some slangs and subject areas are considered adult content. My guess is that members are reminding each other of Korea broadcasting laws (which has a representation of being more prudish than North American or European broadcasting laws).
