because the Rome set on wich it was filmed has burned and its too expensive to rebuild!!

i think the reason given was that the series itself was too expensive, something like almost a million per episode.

Yeah they did, because the series makes some big time leaps. They have one actor play the young Octavian and one play the older when it's supposed to be years later in the script.

Love your music video. In fact, it's inspired me to make my own Rome music video. Only problem is Windows Movie Maker won't allow me to add the episodes I download on the program, so I can't make the video I want to make. What program do you use?

Thank you for the compliment. And I use Windows Movie Maker as well. But the episodes I use are in .avi format. If yours are something different, it may very well not let you import them. You could try changing the file extensions maybe. I don't know...

Not that I've made, no. I think I might make an Antony and Cleopatra one at some point though. Though both couples are fun.
