this is real stupid..i condemn the killing. but the meiteis create a hype carrying the coffin around provoking peoples sentiments. Kishan is killed by underground nscn and many civilians n tribal officers are also killed by meitei UGs too but the people dont carry around on the streets to provoke peoples sentiments. Meiteis are so good in publicity.
