I disagree with Obama having to prove anything to those who sue him. He followed every FEC procedure. If you sue HI DOH for disclosure or sue Congress/Electors that's fine. Obama has followed the law and gone beyond it by publicly disclosing his COLB. I do hate Taitz/Berg for breaking the law by submitting lies in their lawsuits.

Only Obama is responsible for his refuseal to provide his vault birth certificate (not the forged COLB) and it indicates that he has something to hide. He could have saved $800,000 in attorneys' fees and closed this issue months ago. But Obama was born with dual nationality anyway, right? Tilt. Game over.

You still have not enumerated the proven lies that you say Taitz has committed.
If Obama is a natural born citizen, he's my President. If he's not, he's a fraud, a perjurer and a domestic enemy. Considering his security briefings, the U.S. would have no recourse but to lock him up forever.

I have no idea what you meant by use of your expression 'Prima facie on the COLB means she has to prove her case. But you have claimed that Taitz has made many claims to the court without proof, so please enumerate them in order that you might educate the unwashed masses.

Prima facie on the COLB means she has to prove her case. Nobody has to prove anything to her. She made many claims to the court without proof. She is the liar until SHE provides proof.
