Protesters need to storm the police stations and seize all of the weapons and, ammo, hand held radios and then burn down the police stations, destroy all police cars.
They need to do the same with all of the prisons.
Free all prisoners and then burn it to the ground.
They need to disrupt the functions of the gov't. Burn down gov't buildings with the basij in them when they have their next secret meeting!

The protesters now need to storm the prisons and free their relatives who are being tortured.
The will need to be organized and confiscate all arms and ammunition, release everyone and then burn down the prison.
They also need to get ahold of some of the police radios to listen in on their channel to be able to tell what they are doing and planning.
