  • @DiiDee66 Yes, check out my video on Bow legged, it does the same thing as Knock knees

  • @massagenerd

Thank you for uploading and helping people!

I would have one question since both of my physiotherapists were confused regarding my problem...Since i was a kid,i was never able to completelly stretch out my knees and my elbows, which later affected my lumbal spine( i am quite tall) Do you know what is the name of this disorder?I was always in sports, but lately i find it difficult to stand on my feet for longer time:(

  • ughh im only 14 and i have knock knees and its kinda funny because in order for me to stand straight i have to lock my knees and the thing that sucks is that im in choir and on a school dance team will this interfere?

  • im 6'2 in knock kneed i have lost self esteem about ym legs posture etc. i sometimes walk with ym head down becaus eof my height

  • Actually there are some exercises, taping techniques and braces you can use for hyperextended knees. I would reccommend going to a physical therapist if you are haveing pain or other problems from poor posture.

    SMH, physical therapist

  • Thank You, A lot of interesting helpful stuff to think about there maybe I will do that pic thing or maybe get a posture evaluation. I have a feeling maybe I'm double Jointed in my knees (I am in my elbows) maybe thats why I can't figure out the right way to have my knees when standing. Anyway I am trying not to lock them.
