Having a crime rate 35x the national average

By 1995 Atlanta's 650 unit East Lake Meadows Housing Project crime rate was 18x the national average the neighboorhood experienced and average of 1 murder a week and was home to a $35 million dollar yearly drug trade over half of Atlanta's Prison Population at one time in their life lived in this neighboorhood East Lake was Atlanta's most dangerous project in '93

Atlanta was home to the largest housing project in the Southeast "Perry Homes"

In 1998, Atlanta's Zone 3 precint had been and was considered the most dangerous police precinct in America.

Atlanta had more public housing "per capita" than any other city in America

Atlanta's most dangerous projects were Techwood/Clark Howell Homes (Zone 5) (2:41 - 2:49) Perry Homes (Zone 1) 0:16 East Lake Meadows (Zone 6) 3:17 - 3:28 and Summerhill (Zone 3)

I work in the mines with some Black guys here in Wyoming who wanted a better life for their kids so they left detroit behind and now are doing fine making good money and not worrying about stray bullets killing their kids. @Jordans03 alley boy from zone 6...... zone two is like Buckhead, Lindbergh, Piedmont , Brookhaven, sandy springs... basically north atlanta... aint no zones in cobb part of zone two go up buford highway and peachtree into dekalb, and part of zone 6 go into dekalb too
