@BritishInsanity Positive hallucination is the opposite of disappearing. It is a tester for somnambulism. If you were a doctor using hypnosis for anesthesia this would indicate the proper depth.

@BritishInsanity The clock visualization is simply the positive hallucination I was first taught in hypnosis classes. :)

you didn't remove the suggestion for the clock...
i've been learning hypnosis but want to make sure that i go a good job of removing suggestions that i don't want to linger...

I did a blanket removal of all suggestions after the session but you are very correct that you have to remove suggestions.

I'm trained through the National Guild of Hypnotists. My instructor was Mary Beth Prosapio from Chicago.
