Responding ... all » to an ultimatum set by the terrorists to kill a hostage every thirty minutes if their demands were not met, British authorities called on the S.A.S to intervene. The involvement of the S.A.S would kick-off what would be named "Operation Nimrod".

Why can't we all just be respectful and honor these guys who saved the lives of innocent hostages. I don't care WTF the UK did 100 years ago or whatever any country did. thats not what this video is about.

@BroyhillVideo Actually SEAL's Are Tier 3. Not Tier 1. There are only a few KNOWN Tier 1. So maybe you should do some research "Poo head".

@Flamorgan I think I heard of his name but thats nice though. My great grandpa was in WWII in the pacific in the army. He was promoted to field major n he brought all his man back alive without dying. He was a hero.

@invizz0ninja Have a google for Lt Col Paddy Blair Mayne, he was a mad Irishman that few have heard of, but was the most highly decorated allied soldier of ww2 and one of the most prominent original members of the SAS. Now thats a real soldier and one crazy fecker that no one would ever cross, a true legend.

@Flamorgan Partially its true. The only thing we didnt do good in Vietnamwas the training but before Vietnam n after Vietnam the training was good. N no the US force is now a huge military but now with great training. Like last year, the Navy did this training with the English Nay, French Navy, and the Russian Navy. We showed what we do n they show what they do. So ya things r getting bette for training

@invizz0ninja Napalm was totally outlawed which was something that America signed up to, the goverment and the military of the time should have been taken to court for war crimes,. Almost all American troops are just John Wayne wannabes who have very poor training but unlimited access to equipment and ammo, certainly not an elite fighting force but more just a force by greater numbers and highly unskilled by anyones standards.

@invizz0ninja N also i forgot, the reason y we usd napalms was to clear out tunnels in the jungles of Vietnam so we canget the enemy out of the tunnels. N also killing 100 enemies per SEAL is true, and also armed.

@Flamorgan Actually the werent unarmed enemies. Stop claiming we kill unarmed people. There was 1 that only happen. Nt the SEAL. N yes they have fought trained armed soldiers. Thats what ucall the enemy. Im proud to be an American b/c i know we fight with pride and with a reason.

@invizz0ninja Anyone with a gun can kill 100 unarmed civilians like they done in Vietnam, America lost that war big time even thought the methods they used such as the use of napalm and carpet bombing villages had been internationally outlawed, murdering unarmed civilians is nothing to be proud off. Have the Seals actually ever fought against trained armed soldiers? I doubt it.
