I like to bite it once and then swirl it around my mouth a couple of times.
I sometimes like it natural with just a squeeze of lemon, and sometimes I like it with a red wine and shallot vinaigrettes, that I make myself.
I love oysters and I eat them everytime I can get my hands on them, sometimes thats a dozen a day, when they are in season.
