  • Thank you for being so upfront and honest about this. I don't get why doctors are so positive about this thing, it seems to cause nothing but trouble!

  • @CoolBeanSquadron After having the IUD in for a few months you should be able to use the cup again. I know a few ladies who use cups with their IUDs still and all is well.

  • oh you feel bloated because the iud works by keeping your uterus INFLAMED for the full 5 years. who wants a sick uterus for 5 years? there is a forum on curezone.com for mirena iud. thousands of women with your complaints and more. woke up one day it looked like someone had shaved my hair on top. my memory is still crappy. road rage was horrible i couldn't stand to wait at the stop lights.

  • can't use a diva cup with and IUD so just not for me off the the bat

  • please search "the black holocaust "

  • You are a very strong woman for stepping out of your comfort zone and reaching out to help others with this video. Thank you so much. Everything you said is true and I have also been affected by these "side effects" I have had this IUD for 5 years its coming out tomorrow BY THE GRACE OF GOD! Thank you, Thank You THANK YOU sooo much for this video.

  • I've had tha mirena for 1 year and my side effects are the shedding of hair tha weight gain and even dizziness and no periods.

  • I understand what your saying and I've gained sixty pounds over the last four years.... I'm really considering getting mine removed. No matter what i try i cant seem to lose the weight. I may lose 5lbs but i double it back on........

  • OMG YOU ARE ME I'M MOODY WEIGHT GAIN MIGRAINES LIKE CRAZY...I'M GETTING MY IUD TAKEN OUT IN A WEEK BECAUSE I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE. I HAD IT SINCE 2007 THE WEIGHT SLOWY CAN ON I HATE IT. NOW GOING INTO MY 4TH YEAR I HADE ENOUGH...DID YOU GET YOUR REMOVED YET.

  • (continued frombelow) piling on. Of course once again the Drs refused on many occasions to remove the coil and were determined that it wasn't the coil and one doctor even stated "you are just overweight"!!! I pleaded to have it removed on many occasions they just kept sending me away. Eventually a point came where I decided that nothing was shifting the weight so I began extreme dieting (even starving myself), excessive exercising, using dangerous diet supplements and massive use of laxatives
