@SuperShadow451 He wasn't, Skelter wanted to avenge Helter. So Skelter and Jasper and similar interest and plotted to kill Bishop. Helter tried to kill Travis and it didn't work so Jasper's henchmen killed Bishop.

@SuperShadow451 His brothers weren't Helter Skelter and Skelter Helter. Those two were brothers. Jaspers family died in assassination missions in the first game. The Pizza Butt CEO's? His father is unknown.
