Emotional abuse is very common. Your not weak if you want it to stop. It can h*rt alot of people, as you will see in this film. If you are a bully, I hope watching this will make you THINK.

I haven't really have any run ins with that stuff, well, I sort of have... Judgeing from someone I know being mean to me (in words) and then saying it's a joke, I'd say your 'friend' is just trying to minimize what happened. That's a really good video! It sounds stupid now I've just watched the vid but my "friend" at school ignores me. If our group is sitting on the floor, she stretches her arms out so I can't sit down and she doesn't say anything. She even says really horrid stuff when I do well in exams and then the next minute she's as nice as pie!!! Is this just her or is she bullying me?!

Thanks. I'm glad you liked it. It could be that she's. he's trying to hurt you, and minimize it by acting nice the next minute so you will forgive her. It's like what batered people get. One minute the person is nice to them, and the next there not.

@singingbabe26, I can sure get that. Though I know that I might not fully know how it is going through all what you did. I understand it must be a very hard journey to try to heal from for you, still it isn't impossible either. In time you will heal more and become stronger. And perhaps, you can be of help and support for others that goes through the same as well? People that have gone through similiar things are often the best ones to help and to be of support for those still struggling, etc.

@SylviaPenguin I know from experience I've been abused in basically all ways. My Childhood hell. I was sexually abused among other things it is a journey and a hard journey to try and heal from Sylvia

So true as a teen we went to school and because I knew from experience one day not knowing the teacher picked me and another student in the school to go to this session on it. They asked what hurt most I said Words the others were stunned the person teaching said yes right and why? I said because Bruises and cuts heal and words never do
