The police force are fucking monsters, when you arm people and protect them from the full force of the law you breed the kind of culture that is indifferent to suffering - we need to teach children, from a young age, how best to deal with these thugs.

Chest compressions look too shallow as well. That medical person needs to be fired for gross incompetence. This man was murdered. His death could have been from 2 different reasons: the taser, or the guy with the choke (strangle) hold.

Looks like agonal respirations at 1:45. Obviously unconscious before 2:00. And they tasered him once more at 2:22 when he was unconscious. Medical person, the guy wearing the steth, arrives at 5:00 and briefly tries for a carotid pulse for one or two seconds, and obviously has no idea how to handle an unconscious person. If that was a second attempt at a sternal rub at 7:20, it is ineffective. Chest compressions begin at 8:00, 6 minutes after cardiac arrest, and they are way too slow.
