Let us also recall what God did to the Caananites, and the children who got mauled by a bear because they mocked a prophet. There are plenty of violent verses in the Bible. Let us actually look at what happened during the Islamic empires. They did not kill all non-Muslims, they levied a tax on them, which really isn't too much. However, when the Crusaders came into Palestine, they massacred everyone who wasn't Christian. Let us also recall Hitler was Christian. Every religion has violent stuff
