well, my family bailed out a friend from court and we paid 5500 to get him out. the reason we did it is because hes not from this country and he would have benn deported. But since he failed to show up in court again a warrent has been set out for him, i thinks its a 10,000 dollar charge. And now all we want to do is get rid of the debt and him. If we know were he is and call the police on him will they take him in? or can i do a citezens arrest and keep till the police arrive?

Or you could call the local PD and ask 'em, they'll tell you. Unless it's a high level felony offense, they're not going to try to trace you down if you call them and ask.
