How can anyone NOT QUESTION things like these? Is it respect? Is it multiculturalism? What difference does it make where the injustice takes place? It's a crime anyway and anyone that gives the excuse of "being of another culture" to these people has no sense of justice or responsibility.

This isn't Islam, it's some boneheads attempting to interpret Islam incorrectly. People just love to attack Islam when they catch a Muslim doing the wrong thing. Many cultures have distorted Islam and they should be condemned, not the religion.
