Dopo quello del 1987 ho visto il prayer tour a Prato nel 1989, anche li' ero a due passi dal palco, e' stato grandioso, lanciai i miei occhiali da sole davanti a Gallup che se li e' messi...da delirio psichico per un fan sfegatato come me.

Suonarono dressing up, ho sempre pensato che l'avessero suonata per me perche' a Firenze nel 87 gridai il titolo a squarciagola per tutto il concerto...ovviamente non e' per questo.

Ho visto anche altri 2 concerti nel 93 e nel 96

Che grande,è stato sempre uno dal look eccentrico,io dal vivo l'ho visto nel 2008 a roma al coca cola,anche se non ero purtroppo vicino al palco ricordo che aveva un trucco pesante e pantaloni di pelle appariscenti.Comunque ti invidio,beato te che hai potuto assistere a un live dei cure del tour di kiss me,kiss me,kiss me...bei tempi quelli...

Porl Thompson l'ho visto la prima volta il 30 novembre 1987, al Kissing tour di Firenze, all'epoca alle tastiere c'erano O'donnell e Tolhurst. La cosa curiosa e' che per meta' concerto suono senza scarpe, solo i calzini, lo potevo vedere bene perche' ce lo avevo a 5-6 metri davanti. L'altra meta' del concerto indossava scarpe tipo clown, il fatto e' che non ho visto come se le fosse messe. Avevo 16 anni e per me quel concerto e' stato uno dei momenti piu' belli della mia vita.

Già,secondo me è anche il miglior chitarrista che i cure hanno avuto nella propria carriera,è un grande!

i hear you, don't get me wrong, i love both sides of the cure. it's the dark stuff that drew me in but i have a great appreciation for their lighter side as well. "dressing up" is a great example of that lighter side from the same album as this (the top - most underrated cure album IMO). i guess i just don't care for the organ effect on this one. like i said, it should sound meaner. sometimes they change your favorite parts for live version (lovesong for example), that's what happened here 4 me
