The organization got started on and from the 24th May 2010 incorporated under the Associations Incorporation Act 1981. It holds the community television licence allocated to serve the Cambodian community within the Greater Melbourne and Geelong licence area, and operates the television service broadcast for the My Cambodia TV program on C31.
