An evil woman makes a good living by kidnapping famous athletes, chopping them up and selling their remaining viable parts to the elderly riche until an insurance detective catches on and saves the day in this horror thriller.
This TV trailer managed to slip in a nipple shot.
Dr. Tsu is a brilliant surgeon with her own exotic island off the coast of Manila. Using her sexy, all-girl army of martial-arts experts, Tsu kidnaps some of the world's greatest athletes. She is able to transplant any body part, so she uses the athletes for spare parts to sell to the world's richest men. Mike Harber is a womanizing, wise-cracking insurance investigator for Lloyd's of London sent to Manila to investigate the disappearance of a jai-alai player, and becomes involved with Dr. Tsu's mad mission.

Yep, this was definitely filmed in the Philippines. Marcos apparently really went out of his ways to lure "B" film companies to shoot there back in the 1970s.

I taped this off of the old TMC channel on cable about ten years ago. it was part of the phillines action collection of the 60's and 70's. Many low budget directors who could get financing in California turned to the phillipines which welcomed them with opened arms, thats why so many films were shot there. most were the drive in type movie. Check out the film following this movie called Super cock. it features the same character trying to break up an illegal chicken fighting ring,
