In response to Kangarooelaine, veganism and depressing anti-vegans.

I can get depressed too about all the trolls, the stupid circular arguments people through at me, the ruthless killing of animals,...

I just wanted to share with everyone how I deal with it. Just keep you mind on the positive things. We are changing society and we can already see it clearly today. Fur is being banned in more and more countries, vegan alternatives are starting to get mainstream, public awareness is growing. There is hope...

  • I like the whole message about giving fur the "cold shoulder" and stuff like that...I just don't like the fact that it seems that most of the PETA anti-fur ads only have women in them.

It seems like exploiting the women, when we are just looking to end exploitation...but, then again, I think I've been a little damaged by society's objectifying of women's bodies, and I might be a little too sensitive to it.

    Peace!

  • you do have many men too in those ads...

  • Sorry...just a little ranty.

  • no problem...I understood what you were saying :D

  • Why would somebody hate a vegan? People are banannas.

  • totally bananas...but bananas are tasty :p

  • I can understand people getting annoyed when they get preached to about vegetarianism/veganism(no one likes a lecture), but I usually don't take that route and I'm still attacked the second they find out I don't eat meat.. boy..wait till they find out I'm going vegan!

  • People in America are spoiled and have to have things THEIR way. If they see someone refusing to participate in the consumption of animals, they feel the need to abuse their freedom of speech and try to "correct the abnormality"(yea.. they think WE'RE the weirdos for not eating dead animals). Most are just hateful about it.

  • Yes, you're right - we are winning. There is no argument they can give that doesn't just end up sounding like desperate, arbitrary "justification". Excellent video - Thanks for all you do! :)

  • LOL love the vegan troll at the end
