There are many videos identical to this (it has no copyright issue) and they have been flagged and the user accounts either have been disabled for a certain period or have been suspended. I am disappointed that the Youtube Team are not looking into this matter. As what is stated in the Youtube Community Guidelines

I do not feel that the Youtube Team are reviewing the videos that have been flagged. If such has been made, the Youtube Team will note and take action as to why we are uploading the video again and again.

If the Youtube Team have reviewed the video, they will see that we have highlighted the JIDF community i.e. the Jewish Internet Defence Force. Their website is: http://www.thejidf.org/ . One of their aims is to flag videos which they found inappropriate. In other words, they are censoring videos. I found this absurd. I do understand that the Youtube Team cannot do much about this matter. But what the Youtube Team can do now is review the videos that have been flagged before actually disabling it and suspending the user. I am not just saying about the video (like what) I have just uploaded and now disabled, Im saying about many other videos made by my Youtube friends and subscribers which do not at all violate any terms of use. Some videos which have been flagged are just educational videos or just entertainment videos which do not at all contain hateful speech, harassment or anything else as stated in the terms of use.

I am a Youtube user and I request the Youtube teams attention to this issue. I would greatly appreciate your co-operation and look forward to hearing from you.
