What kinda plant is that and does it grow quickly? Does it attract alot of infusorians for the fry?

Does Java Moss need any subtrate and does it grow quickly? Also, what bottom feeder do you recommend for my betta tank that won't harm them.

im ganna hatch brine shrimp but i dont know what to feed them, will they eat Hikari Algea Wafers? i want to raise them to adult size to feed "mom & dad"

I would think you would need to find some kind of artemia enrichment food. I don't have that much experience raising brine shrimp to adult size. It's a lot easier to buy adult brine shrimp from the aquarium shop. I only hatch brine shrimp eggs so that I can feed the baby brine shrimp to the betta fry.

It doesn't have a lot of requirements. Under low lighting it will grow very slowly. Does better if you increase the amount of light. Fluorescent tubes with a Kelvin rating of around 6500K will usually have the correct light output for plant growth.

I heard that the java moss helps remove ammonia, is that true? And also, I got some moss and it came with a free snail (named him gary :)). I also heard that snails are good for keeping the tank clean, is that true?

Most aquatic plants will take up ammonium, nitrite and nitrates. Plants also have small edible organisms on them which is great in a fry tank especially in the first few days before they can take larger food. Yes snails will consume some of the uneaten food. However you shouldn't rely entirely on snails and plants to maintain water quality. You still need to do water changes. It's also advisable to provide gentle filtration using a sponge filter.
