Its looks like one of your shells almost got stuck. How is this gun treating you? Im still debating on the maverick 88 20 inch or the H&R pardner. I like both guns, but its hard to choose. I like the fact that maverick offers a extended magazine tube. But I heard that maverick parts break easily. Any thoughts?

@elviz1979 Yes there was one jam there due to the hammer being recocked by the recoil. It's actually the one and only stoppage I can recall having with mine. As far as breaking goes I really don't know, I treat mine pretty carefully and don't shoot enough rounds in a season to be worried about wearing it out.

@Con2288 I am going to use mine for hunting, shooting skeet and just messing around. the pistol grip on it would make it much more comfortable to handle. I am getting the long barrel one
