I'm pretty sure it's a DSLR and that's all you need to know. You wanna make beautiful pictures? Buy the cheapest DSLR. If you are good in photography, you can make beautiful pictures with any camera you can set up manually. It's an illusion to think that expensive equipment makes better pictures, especially for a beginner. First take good pictures, then spend big money and if you are to ignorant to listen to that advice, at least buy a good lens first, it will help more than an expensive camera.

this was a lowel id video light, take it on all my shoots, its awesome. I used a 5D Mark II and a 1Ds Mark III. I agree below as well, photography is all about lighting and how you use it, if you can take a good photo on a cheap dslr and you learn how to get it right in camera, the expensive cameras will just give you more to work with when working the image
