It's sad that many people have to live in these conditions. Many people don't understand how good they have it compared to the less fortunate people that live every in pain and suffereing. Still they go on about there day like they have no diease at all instead they have life. Though they do not have much in life It is good that they are alive. If I was in their shoes I would want to be dead. However' they probally have no time to think about being dead trying to take care of familiy.
