I still say build more prisons, create a zero tolerance on drug dealers and gangs, giving them 10 years minimum to life, the drug suppliers created this mess,,,let them all rot behind bars.

@AMonsterUndertheBed dont be ridiculous. america has just as bad, if not worse. i took a bus trip once through alabama and i thought i was in a 3rd world country. vancouver is a hell hole, but only slightly worse than many other north american cities.
