This is the craziest shit I've ever seen. My initial inhale/exhale was a 5 at best, and after doing the tapping only once, it was a healthy NINE. EFT fucking rocks. Cheers Brad.

You are great, thank you for everything!!!!!
Your videos are so helpful, and you have the welfare of others in mind instead of yourself. There are many videos online, but yours seems to be not only the most helpful, but a true example of selfsacrificing. Thank you. :)

Thank you - but don't be fooled. Doing these videos is not a sacrafice - I get many rewards from doing them. Not only are they fun, but I benefit from teh tappign, too. :)
I hope that doesn't devalue the videos for you. There are few if any truly altrustic actions - anything we do, we do because we get some kind of benefit - if only the feeling that we are doing the right thing - sometimes that is a strong enough motivation to overcome any challenges.

Tap "Even though I might benefit from this action I'm taking, I choose to love and accept myself..." It's okay to benefit from your actions. The more you do, the more it feels good, and the more likely you are to do even more, which benefits even more people. I don't believe that the things we do benefit others more if they come at our expense. You may already know this, but I hope this might be a valuable point for others who might read this. :)
