Tacos with ground beef, mushroom, onion, and cheese dip

As many natural/local/organic ingredients as possible. Pasture-fed ground beef from Apple Schram Orchard, onion from farmer's market, organic mushrooms, tortillas from El Azteco (local restaurant) and also the Alvarado Street Bakery brand. Cheese dip consists of Michigan-made cottage cheese, sour cream, muenster & pepper jack cheese, and an organic jalapeno from Cinzori Farms. Served with organic apple cider from Al-mar Orchards in Flushing, Michigan.
