I agree with everything you said 100 %. The movie was weird but great. I have read a lot of literature of every kind from every time and i must say that Watchmen is by far one of the greatest novels i've ever read and one of the few true epics of our era.

Rorschach was Perfect who cares about I loved the voice and who cares about the Bale Batman Voice there both Great Films
I was Pissed about how Rorschach did not set the house on Fire too

Awesome movie. loved it. As someone who saw the movie without reading the novel, i didnt find it hard to follow but it was alot to take in. I think alot of people will have to dwell on it for a while to fully appreciate it. I though that Rorschach's "Christian Bale" voice, as you put in, worked well and wasnt near as annoying as, well, Christian Bale. Rorschach was definitely my fav. character It did encourage me to pickup the motion comic so i can get the full original story. good review
