Hey Tonya..I am employed as a Debt Recovery Specialist. A lot of what you say is Gospel truth. Americans would be shocked at how often creditors are abusing our ignorance. They made more than 45 billion dollars last year on fees alone, NOT including interest rates fees. My best advice..challenge EVERYTHING on your report. If they cant prove it in 30 days..it has to be removed!!

i did security freeze before and I couldnt even look up my acct online. they said i had to send in id,bill, etc. and they would send me a copy of report but then they tried to charge me. i ended up having to unfreeze. once i get my student loan junk paid i will REFREEZE it for a long time
