You missed the key pun in the lyrics. It's not I DON'T KNOW IF YOU'RE LOVING SOMEBODY.
It's actually I DON'T KNOW IF YOU'RE LOVING SOME BODY. That's the only way the following line (I ONLY KNOW IT ISN'T MINE meaning [MY BODY]) makes sense.
