Let's Play: Lost Odyssey - Part 15 - "The Great City of Numara"

Now that we're in Numara, there is a ton of stuff to raid and to do in this new city, so let's get started! Save at the save point if needed, and find a pot on the left with [5 Frontier Siderites]. Go the far left side from that pot at the top of stairs to find a plant to grab a [Seed]. Now go to the right to find a pot for [100g], and also another plant with another [Seed]. Before leaving, talk to the little girl in the pink dress. She's asking us to find her dog Moo, and we'll find him in amongst our travels. Go down the steps, and go to the very far right of the screen to find another pot for [5 Sun Crystals]. That's all there is for this screen, so leave.

When you leave, you'll see some dialogue between the Queen and Kakanas. When it's over.. you'll be brought to the next part of Numara. That General Kakanas is a douche, isn't it?

Now that you're in the actual city, grab a [Seed] off the right hand wall as you come in. Then veer off to the left, and raid a pot for [10g]. To the left of that pot is another for an [Aqua Bomb]. Head to the right to find a little girl wearing a pair of ears. Grab a [Seed] off the plant on the wall, and then talk to the girl. She'll ask us to play tag with her. Choose to play, and for winning she'll reward us with a [Slot Seed]. Go into the Inn now, the building with the red colored door.

There's a ton of stuff to loot in here.. so start with the bottom floor and make your way up. The first pot on the left has an [Angel's Plume], and a plant net to the reception desk has a [Seed]. There's another pot on the other side of the reception desk that contains another [Seed]. On the right side of the room there's another plant with an [Anti-Paralysis Herb] in it. Head upstairs now, nabbing the first pot you see as you come up for a [Healing Herb]. Head to the right and find another pot with [5 Whetstones]. Now head down the hall, and we can start looting all the rooms! The first room on the bottom left has a cabinet with a [Ground Bomb] in it. A plant in this room will give you another [Seed] as well. The room on the bottom left has a cabinet containing a [Mint Powder], and a pot with a [Mana Capsule]. The top left room has got yet another cabinet with [10g], and another pot containing another [Mint Powder]. Move on finally to the top right room to find [5 Guardian Ores] in a cabinet, and [5 Sticky Tapes] in the plant. Finally, raid the pots at the end of the hall. The right one has [5 Waterfall Clusters], and the left has [100g]. We've fully looted the Inn and we can leave.

Leave, and go to the right to get to the next screen, the main street. Grab a [Seed] off a plant on the bridge. Go straight to the end of this street to find another [Seed], and also the girl with the ears from earlier. This time, she wants to play hide and go seek. She's going to go and hide and we'll have to find her later. Talk to the woman on the gondala boat to find out that her boyfriend stood her up, and then go into the Artists' Salon. Grab a [Healing Herb] out of the pot and then leave. Try going across the bridge to trigger another dream, "The Talkative Mercenary"

Once across the bridge, go into the first alley way for a [Seed], and you'll find another [Seed] further into the alley. You'll then see a little orange dog, which is actually Moo. Talk to the dog, and it'll return back to the little girl. Climb the ladder at the end of this alley, and then down another alley to find a chest. This has got a [Slot Seed] in it, and that's all for this alley. Go to the left and into the next alley way that you come into. Collect another [Seed], and then enter the door. You'll come into the back of Nalia's Item Shop, and we'll also find the girl with the ears again. She'll give us [Mana Earrings] for finding her. Raid a drawer for [100g], and another for a [Seed]. The third drawer has [5 Gale Wings], and the book case contains a [Wind Bomb]. Leave using the back entrance.

Talk to the man on the gondola boat, and tell him that his girlfriend is looking for him. He'll thank you for saving his relationship, and he'll grab a chest for you that has the magic spell [Shine]. Now you can talk to the shop clerk in this store if you'd like, and once your shopping is done you can then leave again.

Continue to the left of the store entrance, and approach a group of people talking on a stair well. Kaim will get another dream "Letters from a Weakling". That's all there is for this street, so continue on to the next street. This is Canal Street, and you can save your game here if you'd like before you continue on.

@thefoodgamer1 Seeds are only meant as a trading item to get other items by collecting and trading them. They may make you stronger with accessories, but there are other ways to get your characters leveled and plenty of other good accessories as well.

This place is full of items. And i'm curious How many seed slots can you use on a person? i'm at the part of the game and kaim has around 10 skill slots.

@ch0colatemilk thats true i do enjoy doing LP seeing your makes it easyer for me to go back and get crap i missed cause like you said they realy screw you on the camra angles, like putting a pot in the very corner where you cant see

@FallenSnowWolf aww, don't feel that way. I'm pretty much blindly running the Wind Waker and I miss stuff all the time. As long as you have fun with it, it shouldn't matter.
