All rights belong to Square Enix and Distant Worlds. Composed by Masashi Hamauzu, conducted by Arnie Roth, and performed by the Kitchener-Waterloo Orchestra.

The 11.27.10 Toronto concert of Distant Worlds: music from Final Fantasy. The Promise (Serah's Theme), from Final Fantasy XIII. The game was meh, but some of the music was excellent, and this is no exception. The vocals are actually quite well done :P Kirsten Fielding sings again, and it's quite lyrical and meshes well with the orchestra.

  • Why the japanese version?!

  • @icyrazor I think they're generally superior to the English versions. That being said, Arnie Roth is the one that selected the pieces, and I guess he likes the Japanese version better than the English version. Fielding does a good job regardless.

  • This was composed by Masashi Hamauzu.

  • @NiGHTSFangirl Lol I got lazy and copy-pasted parts of my description. Thanks! (the other FFXIII one is too, but meh.)
