This was a great Dutch show started in the 70's.
The goal was to stay in the air for as long as possible, with a self-made 'plane' or whatever you like.
The 'take-off' was from a 25 ft high platform in the town "Enkhuizen" in the Netherlands.
Most of them crashed within 1 second...
but off course another goal was to create something original, or come with a great original idea.
Beautiful creations crashed into the water, the slow-motion replay was a bonus if you were really good, or if you had a beautiful crash....
