  • @Twilightflirt I tell ya,but only if you let me take off your socks and rub your barefeet with lotion babygurllllll =o

  • Hi I love to play basketball and I'm on the girls varsity team but the problem is that now for some reason I'm starting to foul. I used to be very aggressive but without fouling. Please tell me how to stop fouling.

  • lol

  • @bindus619 Not necessarily. You should look at the ball and try to steal or block. If the player is however very good at ball handling and crossover then I guess the chest is the best way to go.

  • @bindus619 hips cuz the chest can be hidden,, i learned that in an offensive camp, if the defenders looking at your eyes look him away like your making a pass then crossover, if hes looking at your feet use a hesitation/stutter step, if there looking at your chest protect the ball/hide your chest then explode or spin out of it, if you look at the hips thats the only thing you can't get faked out of, and if your a really good defender your supposed to take quick glances at the ball and feet too

  • well my coach sayd look at the hips cause the hips tell you everything.!

  • He said "stay in front of a defender".

    how's that possible.

  • @guintojohn hellz yeah!

  • Only watch the ball when you know the ball handler well or on a crossover. If it's a dude who has mean handles, then stay back, when he gets that first step toward the rim...snatch the steal. Most drivers will show the ball to the defender on a layup or drive. *** Move your feet fast and short steps.""" Long steps on defense will make you fall and look like an ass. Promise.

  • Anyone else think the support holding the hoop up looks like a dildo?
