@adric22 I know I know. There is so much that they have to work around to come to a viable finished product. But forgive me if I find myself thinking things impossible. I just often find that doing so makes things become reality.

@doosierty100 - This has all been discussed at great length for decades. Even if your solar cells are 100% efficient, there is not enough energy from the sun. Best you could hope for would be a free recharge when parked for a few hours in the sun. The "pendulum" stuff is impossible. I made an entire video explaining why. Also keep in mind they are trying to keep the price down. What good does it do to have solar cells if the car costs $100,000?

@adric22 They need to break the laws of physics then. Lets just say they created the entire "skin" of the car to soak in solar energy extremely efficiently and then stored that energy into the battery as you drove, you could go for a long long time. Or the wheels had some type of pendulum motion generator so that as long as the wheels are spinning, energy is being made. Your movement creates the energy for your movement. :D
