Colbert and Stewart do interviews as well... they aren't live, but I don't think they're edited much.

Conan fucking rules. The beauty about Conan is that he does a lot of unscripted stuff on his shows while Colbert and Stewart opt for very tailormade material for every show. Moreover interviewing folks live is definitely a harder task than taking apart other news channels.
