The title is pretty descriptive.

This is just a glimpse of how I spend a large portion of my free time. I like to play just as much as I like to compose. :)

Now, about the listing of two keys in the title- My fingers were playing in C Major, however, I tuned the individual piano samples included in the patch down 4 half-steps, meaning that what you're actually hearing is in the key of A Major. Also note, though, that it's not EXACTLT A major- I changed it up a little here and there.

You will also hear what some would call "mistakes"- some notes are a bit off. That's okay. I know, I promise. :) It's all for fun, and I don't intend to ever play piano professionally.

  • Bjorn, thanks for that lovely comment! I'm really glad that you enjoy my playing so much in spite of its many mistakes and imperfections. And yeah, the left is rather simple- mostly just octaves and fifths. And I suppose anything requires some practice, but to improvise, all you really have to do is stay in the key and (kind of) in rhythm. As you can see, I play a lot with tempo and meter. Just feel your through it, and if you make a mistake, make it again, so it doesn't look like a mistake. ;)

  • @goney3 You're quite welcome. Thank you for listening. :) Now, about this ccmixter- what is it? And how could I benefit from using it?

  • You lost some weight since you're first videos :D

  • @Xterminatorbond Haha! Actually, I haven't. If anything, I've gained. And I've not gotten taller, so I don't know what the poop is up.

  • It's quite a while ago you posted this, but it never gets boring! The melodies sound fantastic, and the left hand just looks very simple... I have no idea how people can improvise like this... I guess it's years of practise, like they say, but still... And I just love the ending. It emphasises you're improvising, and it gives a little funny twist to a wonderful video!! I hope you won't stop doing what you are, because you are amazing! -3

    Love,

    Björn ;)

  • Absolutely brilliant! I love listening to your music. You truly have a gift.

  • bro love it i know where only a fraction of your passion comes from and its beautiful i actually cried listening to this and for that i thank you. the boss

  • I personally think your improvisations are much more passionate, enjoyable, meaningful, and beautiful than your compositions (which are still at a caliber of brilliance that many people, including myself, wish they could attain). Loved it, obviously, and keep up the having fun
