  • I need to someone help me.Im spanish so Its dificull to me in english but first its a pleasure lisent this song, musician and singer ohhhh so beatifull.Im a singer and im working with two pa mackie 450 american, i need a small pa to my performers I love the sound bose.its reallly a good idea l1 compact i only need one for clubs i play the music on a ketron in wav.Could anyone send me a profesional opinion please?.thanks so much.

  • @BREIXA11 The L1 COMPACT could work for you in smaller rooms with audience of less then 100 reasonably quiet listeners. You could plug a microphone, your keyboard, and an mp3 player ALL into a Compact without the need for a mixer. The Compact does not deliver the sound as far as a full sized L1, like the ones in this video, but the sound is much the same. I have used the Compact for keyboard players, and it's good for low volume music.

  • Pete, this song is why you played with Chuck Berry that famous night in 1988. If you ever doubt your jump blues credentials, just listen to this a few times. Doubts gone bra!!!

  • @soulhoosier hey John, this is so weird, I had just watched & listened to this a few minutes ago and had not seen your comment. Thanks for saying so...and I agree, it's nice to have gotten a clip of my shuffle. The good ones usually get away. Glad to hear the Cafe went well and you made some money. Who drummed for you? I look forward to getting to play with you guys again this year, as I'm band-less at the moment.

  • That singer is fantastic. A real blues tone voice for a change.

  • @aynrandy1 Thanks for the comps Randy, John will appreciate that, he's not even the lead singer! But yes, he has a unique set of pipes. Check out some of the other vids with Jesse singing too.

  • What;s up Pete, I heard you are playing in country band with Marcott. How's the music going?

  • Pete, got an email from a fan who is also a well known Illinois blues guitarist. All hail the drummer!!

  • Memphis Jesse playing June 15th Galena Park Terrace, June 18th Meadows Avenue Tap EPeoria benefit for Mike Eisenberg. Nov. 4 Contemporary Art Center Peoria.

  • Pete, Elliot Parker, ex of Rooster Alley played drums at the Cafe. He's got a good shuffle, but I think you've got the pocket all over him.

  • Hey Pete... Sounds great. This is ricky d. i live in Mobile now! I;m back in Macomb for a new years gig with some buds!

  • Played Cafe in Macomb on Dec. 18th. College kids gone for break...still drew 500 door with Jesse on vocals. In some cases you pay to play.....if you wanna get paid.
